As far as I have been able to follow the current events, the most significant factor seems to have been that most people, who were severely affected, were people with other medical conditions. I am getting quite spooked about it now actually especially with the death of young Chloe Buckley who seemed otherwise healthy. We have relatively few cases in Tenerife as yet but there is no doubt there will be many more. I am concentrating on getting my kids into the habit of washing their hands many more times a day, and being very attentive with coughs, sniffles and sore throats. The Vitamin C wont hurt - though I am not convinced either that or the masks will be of much preventative effect in the long run. Thank you for that.
