According to Wikipedia the Tenerife concert from Michael Jackson’s Dangerous World Tour was on 26th September 1993. Funny story about the girl thinking you were MJ.

What the date of this concert? – I was there in Sta. Cruz and can’t remember – think it was 1994 and I was with some great pals from Thomson. At the time of the concert I had a plaster cast on my nose as I had broken it – some hysterical girl thought I was Mj as I got out of the car

Lovely article – I agree that Michael was a bit of a ‘lost soul’ who, in my opinion too, would never do anything to harm any child. In many ways he was still a child himself.
He was a wonderful talent who will be missed hugely by many.
