Her mum had returned to the UK and Stevie was waiting for her passprt to come through, we agreed to look after her and ended up persuading mum that she could stay with us in the nice warm weather,Oscar the boxer was next, he had been left on a balcony by his previous owners who had returned to the UK to live. A friend of ours saw him and managed to rescue him before phoning to tell us (he knew we had boxers in the UK!), needless to say Oscar came home with us that night.Next along were the terrapins, again rescued from someone who got bored with them, now named Luna and (est)Rella they have tripled in size! Finally along came Sasha, at the time a beautiful cream fluffy kitten from K9, now much darker, heavier and so much cheekier than Stevie. All get along with each other and all give us so much love.

We have a similar household, two cats and a boxer dog (plus two terrapins).

We adopted our eldest cat, Stevie (after Stevie Nicks) when we arrived in Tenerife in 2003.
